How to schedule a trip

To schedule a trip with the following insurances you must call the numbers listed below.

It must be 48-hour notice but the sooner the better.

 

You must have your insurance information, date of birth, home address for pickup, facility address for drop off.

Please ensure that you request Triple B Medical Transportation as your preferred transportation company.

One you have the trip schedule and have received the Booking ID for confirmation call Triple B dispatch at 318-522-7557 so we can get your trip.

We will call you with confirmation and pick up time the day before the appointment.
